1 Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "33gk", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 33gk platform and its operating entity, accessible at https://33gk.io.
• "Player", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, browses, registers on, or uses the 33gk platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means a registered player account created through the 33gk platform registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a player's 33gk account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless specifically stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins, or other incentive amounts credited to a player's account that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

2 Eligibility and Account Registration

Where duplicate accounts are identified, 33gk reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein, including winnings generated through duplicate accounts.

2.4 Registration Information

When registering your account, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current and notify 33gk of any changes. Providing false registration information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

2.5 Account for Personal Use Only

Your 33gk account is strictly for your own personal use. You may not allow third parties to access or use your account under any circumstances. You may not operate an account on behalf of another person. Accounts found to be used by or shared with third parties will be suspended pending investigation.

3 Account Verification (KYC)

33gk is committed to maintaining a safe and secure platform and to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage access. As part of this commitment, 33gk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process.

3.1 Verification Triggers

33gk may request identity verification documents at any of the following points:

• Before processing the first withdrawal request from an account.
• When cumulative deposits or withdrawals exceed specified thresholds.

5.4 Currency

5.5 Transaction Disputes

6 Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Policy

6.3 Bonus Expiry

6.4 Bonus Abuse

33gk reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings where it determines, in its sole discretion, that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: claiming multiple bonuses through duplicate accounts, using automated betting strategies to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk, or exploiting technical errors in bonus crediting systems. Suspected bonus abuse will be investigated and may result in permanent account closure.

6.5 One Active Bonus at a Time

Players may hold only one active bonus at a time on 33gk. Claiming a new bonus while an existing bonus has an outstanding wagering requirement will result in the existing bonus being voided unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

8.1 Bet Acceptance

All bets are accepted subject to the availability of the relevant market. 33gk reserves the right to refuse any bet, limit the maximum stake accepted on any market, or remove any market from availability at any time without notice.

8.2 In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension and re-pricing throughout the course of an event. Any bets placed during a period of suspension will be void. Bets accepted at incorrect in-play prices due to technical error will be void and stakes refunded.

8.3 Event Cancellation and Postponement

If a sporting event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before completion, 33gk will apply the following rules: all pre-match bets will be void and stakes returned unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules; in-play bets placed on completed portions of an event may be settled based on the result at the time of abandonment at 33gk's discretion.

8.4 Results and Settlement

Sports betting markets will be settled based on official results from the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). 33gk aims to settle all markets within 24 hours of the official result being confirmed. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, 33gk's decision is final.

9 Prohibited Activities and Fraud Prevention

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 33gk platform and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of funds, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether in your own name or under false identities.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using stolen, borrowed, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an account.
• Money laundering or using 33gk to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform, place bets, or participate in games.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 33gk platform — including but not limited to the website design, logo, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and brand assets — is the intellectual property of 33gk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 33gk platform for personal entertainment purposes only.
